For the 1st year, the IAAF Awards made their way to Louaize at the Notre Dame University, to award yet another student for their creative ideas and entrepreneurship. The students presented their ideas and the jury after deliberation chose the winner. Among honorable attendees were President of NDU Fr. Pierre Najem, Vice President for Administration at NDU Fr. Samir Ghsoub, Vice President for Academic Affairs in NDU Dr. Elie Bader and Members of the Parliament Mr. Elias Hankach and Mr. Eddy Maalouf. Members of the Jury for this award ceremony included His Excellency Mr. Elias Bou Saab advisor to president Michel Aoun on International Cooperation, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Public Health His Excellency Ghassan Hasbani, Minister of State for Women Affairs Mr. Jean Oghassapian, Director of the Office of International Relations at NDU Dr. Ghazi Asmar, Director of Marketing at NDU Dr. Lara Khabbaz and as always the founder of the IAAF Awards Mrs. Inas Al Jarmakani.
