For the 2nd year, A separate ceremony with new students was held at the Tripoli Campus of the Beirut Arab University on November 1st, 2018. Notable attendees included the Vice President of the Beirut Arab University Dr. Khaled Baghdadi, Minister of State for Women Affairs Jean Oghsapian , Businessman and Chairman of Berytech, Agrytech & Beirut Digital District Mr. Maroun Chammas, Dr. Nabil Mouhareb Director of Faculty of Architecture- Design & Built Environment and Dr. Ousama Ziyadeh Chairman of Intelligile Group. The students were then given the stage to present their projects, how they could be of benefit to the general community and their feasibility. The winner of this competition was Miss Fatima Al- Fawal, who was awarded $10,000 for her project titled “Touches”.
