In the presence of Dr. Elias Warrak, the President of the University and Minister of State for Women Affairs Mr. Jean Oghasapian, and the guest of honor Member of Parliament Dr. Fadi Karam, a preliminary one took place in Balamand University- Koura during which the IAAF vision, goals and values were introduced to the students who in turn presented their projects.
